How much do I charge for elderly care?

An elderly lady that I am good friends with has requested that I take care of her for 4 days. This will be 24 hour a day care. I am unsure of what my rate of pay should be. any ideas?

For minimal care they need within that 24 hours but unlisc usually charge around 40 believe.
