I took care of her for a day, bathed, dressed, and made lunch and dinner for her. She signed a contract with an agency that she would need me, however she refused to sign my time sheet when I was done for the day, so no pay! Who is responsible in making financial decision for the elderly if they have no one at all?
I had to drive 40 miles to picke her up from the hospital, take her home, and take care of her, and the agency didn’t even tell me where she lived, or who would pay! I was stuck with a parking fee of $15, plus $80 in fees for taking care of her. What can I do to avoid this in the future from getting ripped off.
I have been ripped off by the elderly before when they don’t want to pay, after I did services. How could I be tougher or serious on these elders that cheat me?
She refused to sign my time sheet.
