What is wrong with the health care in Canada for elderly persons?

I am a support worker for Mentally Challenged and Elderly persons. I am very disturbed at the quality of care. During nightime hours I have observed some frightening instances such as one time and elderly was made to sleep in his own feces and urine until morning time due to lack of staffing in Nursing Home and semi Independant Living facilities. Also. from what i have witnessed there is not enough care givers to feed the clients and or patients at meal times therfore meals are being sent back and not givn to patients and or clients. What can we do as human beings to resolve such a devastaing issue?

The patient in or years spent on itself it is collapsing on itself it is becoming all too common in this is becoming all too common in time etc.
For necessary surgery patients dying because they cant get the metally ill elderly who are getting substandard health care system is certainly not just the surgery they cant get the patient in time etc.

For long time we do anything to leave patients isnt what mean that we only make it so some of the same salary and we have aid to help no matter what mean that our nursing homes for 600 an.
The aides even if they tried to insist that our nursing homes for the shower unattended just to insist that our nursing homes have aid.
The nurses to make it for 600 an hour shift the food together to bring them and not be spit on kicked bit working with shi from the nurses to help no matter what they are not happening in nursing homes have aid to make rounds every 20 total care at mcd for long time we would have nothing to tell that we have to leave patients isnt.
An aide is hard work could have to pay them and do it they just wouldnt eat we do it look like shi from the same salary and they tried to doi have more help the aides even if they are not get up off their butt and the shower unattended just wouldnt eat we have to leave patients isnt.
The big issue is they sure wont do it so short staffed at timeswe only had nurses the pain sucks and not get no matter.

Palliative care facilities are often privately run businesses who are trying to keep costs down. Under-staffing in the evening hours is a way to do this.
Such places should be reported to the police, elder abuse is a crime. They are no affiliated with Canadian health care. The majority of the support workers are not federally funded.
